Upperlink Limited was at the NITDA (National Information Technology Development Agency of Nigeria) seminar on the 3rd of August, 2011. We were able to exchange ideas with ICT industry regulators. Upperlink Limited as an innovative indigenous company was able to share our strategic knowledge on Portal Development that would assist NITDA in her continuous communication with the stake holders and the general public.
